It has INCREDIBLE very central location in the city centre. The staff are very very nice and courteous, we enjoyed them.

the staff was really helpful and attentive, my every need was addressed. the hotel was placed in the central location very close to the downtown. it was also just next door to a hardcore ghetto as well as the property's public areas.

The breakfast was great and included plenty of options. The hotel's location was very central and it was an easy walk to the main attractions and shopping areas. The free wifi was fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus.

The rooms were quite dated and the bed linens were not properly cleaned. the reception staff didn't seem to care when we had an issue with overcharging.

Staff was not very cooperative; although we booked for 4 nights they gave us a small room in the backyard without windows. On our request for a better room we got the answer that rooms on the frontside of the hotel are not available. But after my conclusion that we then wanted to cancel 3 nights, there was suddenly a much better and bigger room for us available with streetview and daylight.

Lovely friendly staff, and the rooms were so clean that you could probably eat your dinner off the floor!

A bit faded and of need of a bit of modernisation.

Fairly clean and simple hotel, particularly good location close to the main avenue. Affable staff during our stay. Brand-new and fairly quiet rooms with the bedroom as well as cupolas of buildings, and friendly service. Fine experience there.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city, along the main avenue. The prices were very reasonable, definitely value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the tea and coffee facilities and private bathroom, were a nice touch. The breakfast included in the stay was also a bonus, and there was a good variety of options to choose from.

Comfortable and spacious room with a fridge. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled, even giving us a partial refund. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and amenities. I would recommend this hotel.
